The firm has extensive experience executing internal audits and providing consultation for some of the largest holding companies in the Israeli economy. The audit includes, among others, supervising the internal auditing system in the investee companies, inspecting the approval procedures for transactions with stakeholders of all parties, follow-up on the implementation of resolutions reached by the corporate institutions, immediate reporting to the Securities Authority and the stock exchange, implementation of the corporate governance regulations, etc.

An additional aspect of the audit is due diligence of the reporting and presentations transferred by the investee companies, including, corporations abroad.
